Awana is a children and youth ministry worldwide that is designed to reach children through interactive games, Bible-based teaching activities, and small group/handbook time with friends. Each child/grade has a handbook that they take home to read stories from the Bible with their families and a verse to memorize and “hide in their heart”.
Awana kids from every background and every culture have a place to belong, build confidence, and grow in faith.
Children in Awana discover God’s love for them and their identity in Christ, and become disciples making disciples by reaching out to their friends.
Club time has many working parts worship, games, handbook/scripture memory, Bible lessons, prayer, snacks, awards, dress up nights, and fellowship.
Ages 3 years through 5th grade.
